Weekly round-up!

  Hooray! It's friday! We're headed to New Jersey to {finally} meet our newest niece and we scored some last minute cheap flights. Can I get a really loud amen for not having to spend 12 hours each way in the car with an antsy toddler?? Hallelujah, we're so happy and feeling completely confident in our decision to spend a little extra to save ourselves a lot of sanity.
  Speaking of, did you see Caleb's 15 month update? Summary: we have a chunker on our hands. In case you missed it, I also talked a bit about daily devotions, fall traditions, and some really cool ways you can support adoptive families this fall.

But if you're looking for some more exciting reads, here are my favs from around the web this week:

//I started listening to this podcast a couple of months ago and I think I'm hooked. I say that cautiously though, because its sort of a mixed bag. I pick and choose who I listen to and some are better than others {I'm really selling this now, aren't I??}. But overall, it's fun to hear from some wise, older Christian women about big and little things going on in their lives. If you try it out, the Annie Downs episode is probably my favorite! {And in case I didn't do a good job selling it, it was ranked in the top 3 Christian podcasts this week!}

//I had my first real trunk show last night and was so excited that nearly every lady took advantage of Noonday's birthday celebration sale! You guys, so many gorgeous accessories with a great story for super cheap this month!

//I know I share her posts a lot, but I just think Ashley is awesome. She's one of those people I wish went to my church or lived locally so I could learn from her just day to day. I love the post she wrote today about getting a good punch in the gut when it comes to savoring time with her kiddos.

What are you up to this weekend? Whatever it is, have fun!
