Have you ever seen a kid so excited about popsicles? I can't blame him. The past few weeks have been hot and we're doing anything to keep cool around here. And these perfectly-size popsicle molds from NUBY have been our lifesavers this summer. I just blend up whatever fruit we have on hand with a tiny bit of water and pop them in the freezer for an afternoon snack. So easy! Today I blended up some watermelon and they are probably my favorite so far. But really, I won't be sad if the cooler fall temps decide to push out these 90° days...
