Summer has sort of snuck up on me this year and it wasn't until this weekend that I realized it's actually here. Warm weather is sticking around, pools are opened, watermelons are on sale, and our move is only 22 days away (!!!). Gah, I love summer.
Caleb is at such a fun age, which is just a nice way of saying he is busy. One of my unofficial goals this summer is to stay on top of our days and make them really, really fun for him (and me!). I'm building this for him today, and may make a second for sand/beans if it turns out well. I'm also thinking of planning some fun themed 'camp' days with his friends- we just need our new backyard already so we can host!
In non-kid news, I have some super exciting Noonday stuff I'm working on. Hint? It has something to do with my 30th birthday coming up and involves some fun giveaways and interviews with my favorite Ambassadors and Home Office staff. As usual with all big things, I'm a bit nervous but still excited to share later this week!
But really, this summer is going to absolutely be colored by our move. I can't wait!!! We're itching to move and not loving the feeling of being half in/half out of our house, so I'm trying to make the best of it. Packing little by little, going on fun adventures every day, and trying my best not to wish away these last weeks in our first home!
