  Everyone can use a little motivation now and then, especially in the middle of the week. Especially after what happened in Boston. 

  This video is hands down my favorite ever. I'm pretty certain I've shared it on the blog before, but its too good to not share again. 

  Watching this video makes me feel happy of myself. Motivated to log another good run today. Less inclined to complain about working yet another late night, because really, I love my job. And way more likely to to focus on the good in people instead of the evil in this world.
