The conference I went to in D.C. last week evidently left me exhausted...
I have been tired ever since I got home late last Wednesday. 
And I just know this week is going to fly by,
so I'm whipping out my fav energy boosters to get myself through.
Lord knows I need it!

I kind of hate milk and milkshakes. But this peanut butter & banana smoothie {with milk!} is DELISH. Its my go to morning after-workout snack/bfast. Try it. Its amazing!

JM's 30 Day Shred. Its my new go-to morning workout. Short and sweet and good enough to tide me over until I can run in the mornings again! I tried Insanity for a bit, but it was just TOOOO much. Back to JM it is :)

Ok, so this one's not really a pick me up. But I am OBSESSED with this show. OBSESSED. It may or may not be the culprit of a few late nights when I'm already way past tired. Its like the a more scandalous & British version of Anne of Green Gables. Love it.

Little known fact, I don't like coffee or pop. Also, caffeine affects me like crazy. So green tea is as wild as I get. But I love it...and its almost a must when I'm dragging. I love Tazo's Zen...iced or hot!
