I'm easy.

You didn't think I was talking about myself, did you?! K, good.
But seriously, these brownies are EASY. And delicious.  If you're lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's near you, you have got to try these. Or just have someone mail you a pouch of this deliciousness. Or just move near a Trader Joe's. Its the best store EVER. You literally  squeeze the batter into a dish, bake, and devour. And maybe eat some batter while the rest is baking. Maybe.

Since the last thing I need is an entire pan of brownies in my house, I used these little crocks my mom got me to make two perfect servings. I just popped the pouch in the fridge and plan to make many more 'single servings' in near future. Healthy plan, right? Right. 
Mmm...I think I know what's for dessert tonight.
